This list is great and I have a few more questions for you...
What would you do/serve?
I have an opportunity to vend at an upcoming running event (10K) in So.Cal. I would be the only 'food' vendor other than kettle corn and protein style bars which will also be available. This is a two day event. Registration and health fair on Sat and race on sunday.
I have served barbecue at walk a thons in the past and it went over very well but, I believe this may be a higher caliber of a fitness group.
I am thinking of adding a BBQ chicken salad as an option and maybe a chicken sandwich along with some other 'good' barbecue stuff, nothing super heavy. What are your menu thoughts?
This event in the past has had aprox. 10,000 people in attendance. How many would you prepare to serve at an event like this?
I have my ideas but would like to hear yours.
