Thanks for all the feedback on the knife sharpeners. I decided to go with a Accusharp for my knife bag and I am ordering a Edgepro Apex kit. Looks like what I am after. The Accusharp worked pretty good so far. At least it cleaned up a couple boning knifes that will help me disassemble this deer today. I will let you know how I like the Apex once I get it and give it a try.
On a side note, I went to the local Ace hardware to pick up the Accusharp, and found out they are a BGE dealer. They had one going with some turkey in it. I was surprised. They also carried Byron's butt rub and a selection of BGE stuff. I get my stuff from Hawgeyes, but I thought it was pretty cool that they carried that kind of stuff. I knew they were a big Weber dealer, but didn't know about the BGE.
