thought about splashin' a lil' yer lemon drop hot sauce on them sprouts, but opted not - too hot. however, that is your homemade bbq sauce on the meat. it's 65* here right now ... i'm kickin' myself in the @ss for not having my smoker fired up ~ got quail on my brain!!
