Yeah, that hot sauce might be a bit zippy for them sprouts. I can tell by the color you cooked em right. I take the last harvest of peppers and put em in a old soy sauce bottle and pour hot vinegar and salt over em. Tastes good on greens, sprouts ,cabbage etc.
