I bought a bunch of sirloins a few weeks ago at Sam's and last nite made a big batch of beef stroganoff for this weekend. Tomorrow I'll be making some scratch noodles to go with it. Now my next weekend off that Swiss steak sounds damned good, haven't made that in years.
