There are several ways to interpret your question. Do you mean licensed caterers who do not vend on the side or cater events out of their restaurant? What about unlicensed caterers, are they included? Or are you looking for people whose licensed business is solely catering events with no selling of BBQ on the side?
I am sure there are a lot of people on this forum who cater, but are not licensed. More than likely, a lot of them will not respond to your question.
