I make my own Sauce without sugar or salt. I am not diabetic but just never liked a sweet sauce. I do have, however, high blood pressure so I watch my salt intake. I use a basic KC sauce from a few places on the internet and modifie it without salt or sugar. Add more garlic, pepper, and whatever spice you like. My friends love my sauce! I guess it is all in what you do to make it work for you. I do keep a bottle of Bryant’s in the fridge for when I get a real “BBQ Jones”! Just have it once in a while which can’t hurt.
