Sulfer is one of the flavor profiles I try to get when cooking bbq.
They should have gotten brisket from one of those top quality bbq places in Manchester and seen what something tasted like or smelled like:)
I got sick after eating at one place that just opened up, not as sick as I do eating my foods but still sick mind you:)
