Good tip with the coals in the center/logs to the side. I have a CharGrill Pro Smoker with side fire box. A lot of places I have read say put the coals in a coal basket... BUT I use big logs, and I don't think there would be room for the basket + logs. Any thoughts on how to keep the coals contained to the center without a basket? Thanks!
