Yo Scottie, At the AR last year, there was a representative of Restaurant Depot who visited the team's cooking sites. He was promoting the new store in KC. We got a free membership and did not have to provide a business tax number or prove that we were a non-profit organization.

FWIW, our team may be non-profit, but we sure as hell ain't organized......
