I use your marinade all the time for beef ribs and short ribs and the flats i've cooked as an overnight marinade. Love it, but On this brisket I used Head Country rub per my son's reccomendation and I've never foiled the beef before. Anyway thealarm just went off. 165* Going out to look at it for the first time. Will send a picture.
