New Catering Kitchen

Just like the post below, I am happy to annouce that we also signed a lease yesterday on a commercial catering kitchen in Red Bank NJ. After almost 2 years and changing our game plan 5 times, we finally found the perfect kitchen connected to a warehouse. It comes with everything you need to run a catering company. I will post a link to our website when it gets up and running, but the name of the catering company is Local Smoke BBQ.

Now the real work begins!!!
