Thanks Everyone. Just got in from a 15 hour day on Valentine's Day lol... First day out and have a catering for Daytona 500 BBQ for 300 people tomorrow. So it is starting good. I will be calling on some of you guys from time to time for pointers. Yes Darren I am going to Austin next week. I think I will learn alot there. I was hoping to open after but things just happened real quick here. Scottie I will have sun drop in the fridge for you. Maybe even a little single barrel on the shelf too.
