Just got my Bullsheet and noticed a review of Wilber W. Caldwell's book "Searching for Dixie Barbecue". Its worth a read. Jeff Irish (Squire Jeff) picked it up for me. Its an easy read but is full of the attitude that BBQers understand. The anecdote about a pre-teen boy's passage into the adult community by the taking of his first deer really sticks out in my head. Not sure its a must have for you library, but its a good addition. BTW - Thanks Jeff for passing it along!!!
