that bacon explosion has been on my mind since jason day and aaron chronister came up with it(on a good-one). i put the bacon weave on a pizza crust, layered with tillamook pepper cheese, salami, pepperoni, and sun dried tomato pesto. it kind of reminded me of yankeebbqs' strata recipe (good!). i made sure the internal temp was around 150 or so. it took around 45 minutes on the grill. thanks for the inspiration bacon guys.
