I've always used Penzey's, and we're lucky enough to have a Penzey's store here in St. Louis. If you ever get a chance to take a child in one of those stores, they'll love it. They have jars filled with the spices and herbs so you can smell them. My daughter sniffed the dried chipotles, and she said, "That smells like BBQ!" :-)
