I never could produce a finished product with Butchers that I liked better than what we do on our own. I've still got a bunch of it though, if you'd like it. Dunno what the shelf life is, but I'd guess it's still good after a year of airtight storage?

What's your schedule this spring? We're starting out in Clarksville, TN, then Seviervilla and Young Harris before the Classic. Johnny had a date conflict, so we we won't be cooking Winchester this year, though I do have a judge app in.
