Jim, thank you so much for posting all of these results from the cooking contest. I had a lot of fun thinking about what I might cook with the known and then the secret ingredients. The format sounds great, I especially like the one hour time limit on preparing the food and the BGE gave a lot of flexibility and options. Those chicken wings in particular sound delicious. Honey and Jack Daniels sauce would not hurt those either. I took some notes:)This would be a fun project to try with the neighbors maybe. Sounds like the promoters knew what they were doing.
