It was fun to watch on Friday the only day I was actually there. I enjoyed meeting Rick Browne. His show is on our local PBS station and I watch it as often as I can. In fact I believe he was actually recording some footage for the show during the Iron Chef competition. I hope it was successful enough that they hold it again next year. And next year I will allocate more time for the Fiery Food Show itself. You can't believe how many vendors were there serving so many good samples. Various levels of heat, etc. Something for everyone the way I saw it. :-)
