I currently have a Bandera. It turns out pretty good meat but you have to really pay attn. to it. Since I have to work every other weekend now, that means on my smoking weekends I have other honeydo's and its hard to pay attn to the smoker. I've heard the Smokey Mountain really cooks a long time on a chimney of charcoal. Should I look at a pellet smoker? What about the biscuit smokers? I'm open for suggestions. As for as size, I would like to be able to cook a butt and 3 ribs at a time or other items of similar size. I want the smoke but dont have the time anymore.
