Well, I`m out of business, now that the landlord decided to team up with another guy that owned a little restaurant to turn the building that I was at into a restaurant[ I only used the building for prep]. I think it had to do with the fact that I don`t have access to enough capital to put into the building and to make into a full blown rest. I just was taking it slower but by next summer [ my 3rd yr. at that location] I probably would of bought enough equipment to run a full blown rest. But he didn't want just BBQ, he wanted to bump BBQ to the bottom and really concentrate on steaks and seafood, which I did not understand either because before myself showing up out there to sell real pit BBQ baby backs, chickens ,pulled pork sandwiches slaw and cornbread ,there was nothing there for seven yrs. I brought the people there and I feel that I was used as a test to see if people would stop. Like I said I guess I did not move fast enough for him I imagine. BLAh! this SUCKS!!!
