Is it possible to have charcoal that is too dry? I just had a cook that burned through a whole bag where I normally would use no more than 3/4 of the bag. Weather was good, no huge winds etc. WSM.

Also, I use Royal Oak Lump and recently found a piece of concrete in the bag the size of a softball. Anyone else finding "filler" in your bags?
