I'm not unringing the bell. I stand by what I said, they put out a book on comp bbq after entering a few contests as They Stated. I read the book from a guy who ordered it. It was a Joke. Now they won a contest. Most teams writing books or offering classes have a little experience and have actually won a few contests. Just pointing out the facts. Heres there example of a chicken box from their website, you judge it.
