Had a nice time hooking up with Just Pulling Pork in North KC a couple of weeks ago and want to try again. I live in Jefferson City now and would hate to miss the contest, but can't pull off a contest on my own at the moment.
I can bring just about everything I need to cook one or two categories if someone wants to split the entry fee. Chicken in my achilles heel so I would rather avoid that category. Might work out nice for an inexperienced team or if someone doesn't want to stay up all night for brisket and pork.
If no takers I'll be looking to be someones db or runner.
