Anyone may organize a class. This year I have put on classes for contest organizers either in advance or associated with the contest, for BBQ associations and for individuals who wanted to organize a class.
For contests which are not associated with a contest there is a minimum attendance requirement of 24 people. The class normally take 4 to 5 hours. You will need cooks to prepare the four meats and boxes for a mock contest.
