If I'm not mistaken as long as only the truth is published and disclosure isn't prohibited by a contract between the parties, a lawsuit wouldn't hold up in the long run.
I'm not saying they wouldn't file one, because as we all know some snot for brains lawyer would take the case. I'm saying they'd lose.
Then, at least around here, the loser pays all the cost, even your lawyer.
