being from the rez of the Navajo, we use cedar ... I have lived and tasted many BQ from many places but sheep is a range animal ... cedar coals .. takes the wang out ... others on the rez use plain charcoal for road side with fry bread ... main point is do you know what lamb tastes like in the first place ..
