Excellent advice. "Dessert" and "Anything But" categories don't have KCBS rules...only local organizer rules...except for the 6 minimum servings. You can always ask at the Cook's Meeting but if that's too late, call or email the organizer with any questions. Sooner is better, because your question (without attribution) and the answer to it may need to be sent to all entrants. Good Q'en On Ya'. John
