About 20 years ago, I read a book authored by a guy who owned a sausage house in Vegas. He was quite famous for his Kolbassa (Kielbasa) sausage and he gave the recipe in his book. I wrote it down and made the sausage which was excellent but have since lost the recipe.
I am hoping that someone reading this thread might know the book, or better yet, the recipe I speak of.
