I understand that there is always going to be some new team tossing in a half slab or the scenario Bill brought up with the MIM team. I just don't think someone should be DQ'ed for doing a fine job of cutting the ribs with a sharp knife......

A few years ago when we got judges comments at a few selected contest a judge dinged me for not having clean enought cuts.
