One of the reasons I think this issue has come about is from the recent prevalent practice of teams' rib entries being heavily slathered with sauce. Heavy sauce on ribs can obscure the cut-line between the rib pieces and make it appear there are fewer separate pieces than are actually in the box. Counting bones, alone, is no clue to how many separate pieces are in a box. It's not rocket science, the box decorator simply needs to make certain that the cut-lines can be seen when the box is opened. Good Q'en To Everyone Everywhere This Weekend. John
