That's true. And, it's still not rocket science. I table captained at Danville, VA this past weekend and saw some VERY slathery wet ribs...and they all were clearly separate ribs. There was not a faux slab in site. I think this whole stinkin' issue is more of a "I need something to beeotch about" than it is a real issue. ICBW. Good Q'en On Ya'. John
