I have been successful because I use a competitors product. I like using Fab P, but I am also not going to come along here and try to degrade David's product. I know he and many other top cooks have been using his product and having success.
To be successful, injection is not the only way to go. It's a step in the process. Do some cooks win without using it? Sure do. Does it give you an added dimension as a cook? It sure does...
