If you will go back and reread his question it was what are the expected results. If your cooking in a comp and your results are not to be the winner. Why are we cooking? So give yourself the extra help by allowing the moisture to retain in the muscle while adding rich flavors to the meat. This is what I ment sorry if I sounded like you will have an auto 1st because it won't happen.
