Naaah, we wouldn't be daring each other, we'd just go do it.
If all you want is thighs and legs, you might just hang it up by the feet, skin from the ankles halfway down the back, and cut off the legs without even gutting it.
If putting a sack over its' head calms it down, you might get it to step into a noose, and tie the legs together. Wouldn't run off that way.
Hey, here's another tip for you: After processing a hog and a couple deer at home, I've learned it's best done the day before garbage day.
Gotta do a couple goats for the new grandson in a few weeks.
