First get clarification from the orginiser. Then once you have confirmed what is acceptable, Have fun creating something. We usually have a general idea sort of for these, but do our own little "Iron Chef" type thing and mak a dash to the local grocery and see what comes out. We have had a lot of fun doing it that way, and actually have had calls nearly every time we did that. Go out and have fun and be creative.
