Thanks for the recommendation. I just called them and they said that they only have boston butts.
I'm really not having any luck here. And I'm somewhat regretting that I entered the MiM event for shoulder. I feel like I'm either going to completely strike out or I'll end up paying a fortune just to satisfy the meat inspector.
What a pain! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
