Ok, I am new to this MBN style contest and so I am going to ask a dumb question. If the quality were the same and you were cooking baby back ribs for a MBN contest, would you cook the biggest ribs you could get or a medium weight rib? I know this may be dumb, but I am casting the net to see what people with experience in baby backs would think. Yes, this means I cook spares in KCBS, and I like big spares.
Thanks in advance!
Tuffy
