The Board discussed the issue of preparing pork (slicing, pulling, parting etc.) after it has been cooked and putting it back in the smoker with sauce to re-heat. The Board stated this is a violation of the rules.
But that is not what they discussed. In fact the word re-heat was never spoken during the conversation. The notes do not accurately reflect what was discussed. What was discussed was partially cooking the butt, cutting off a certain muscle and then returning the butt to continue cooking. Nobody mentioned reheating at all. I believe I will request a transcript of this particular conversation.
