Darcy, do you think if the ballots for election of KCBS Board were mailed, as they used to do,that would increase the membership participation in voting? The mailed ballot would have to be signed by the KCBS member casting the votes and take care of the members who do not have access to E Mails. I know there is a cost in mailing - but I think that should be covered by our membership dues.

Not everyone is comfortable using a computer and probably won't ever be.
