Cutting Board Advice Needed

I have a couple of cutting boards that I use in competition. They are white plastic, not sure what kind. Anyway, they have cuts in them, and I am concerned about germs lodging themselves in the cuts. I am looking for a good cutting board that will not get cuts in it, and will not damage my knives. All suggestions welcome.

Thanks,
Brett
