dans gone, and i still don't post pictures. i'll see if chez is by the computer. i'm doing the 3-2-1 method, and i'm about to the 1.
i'm thinking a cold smoker, and anything else up to 500. you wouldn't even need the cast iron boxes. chips or pellets in foil worked too.
