I've searched and searched and am having a very hard time finding a post that was here on the forum within the past few years.
It was a discussion about whether you considered yourself a chef, and how chefs were defined...papered or not.
It was quite an interesting read and several members had very thoughtful input.
Just wondering if any can link to that old post?
