Salmon's post a while back got me thinking again and I think it is time to sell the off set. I have a 24" Horizon Ranger trailer that I have been using for about 4 years. My wife got interested in coming to competitions, so we bought a toy hauler and we have to take two vehicles. I like the offsets, and have a 20" Ranger that I cook on at home but want something that would fit in the back of the toy hauler and be large enough for competitions. I was never much of a pellet guy, but I don't think I could rule out one or two FEC 100s. My problem is that I have never cooked on anything else and don't know what my best options are. I was thinking about a Stump, but I have never even seen one. I wouldn't rule out at least 1 of the new WSMs, but want something bigger. Not a huge fan of water smokers like the BWS. Any thoughts?
