as politely as we can, without being labeled as a bunch of lunatics, that the Chinese have absolutely no concience when it comes to our safety. Lead paint on toys, antifreeze in place of glycerine (killed a bunch of babies in Puerto Rico), melamine in milk powder (killed a bunch of their own babies), prohibited antibiotics and chemicals in catfish, and now toxic drywall.
Inform the consumers that although cumbersome and sluggish, our government has rules, regulations, and laws to protect us.
Inform the consumers that the Chinese government is intent only in driving our producers out of business with cheap products made with no regard to the same rules as our people have to follow, with total disregard to the cost to our - no, the world's - health, or even the health of their own people.
Inform the consumer, as politely as possible, that the Chinese just don't give a damn.
