Does anybody have some good ideas for a roof mounted, fold up, marquee, exhibit, signage that I can build for my concession trailer? I did an event yesterday and people that were waiting in line had nothing to read about what was available until they arrived at the concession window itself, which added a lot of time to each persons total time at the window which slowed my sales per hour. So I figure logo (as there is no logo visible with the concession windows up) and menu type info. We do not want to do a street sandwhich board as I have too much to carry around already. How would you make the information changeable on the roof mounted sign? Any good thoughts on design, type of materials etc.
