If you are able to wait, I would, then do alot of research and talking with other teams. You have to consider your budget, equipment, trailer options, and purpose. You would be surprised on how your ideas change. I bought a 5x10 Haulmark for comps, but after this last year, I should have gone bigger. Cabinets are nice, I don't have them, I use crates and plastic tubs. Standing height could be a factor, depending if you are doing alot in the trailer, like prepping or cooking. Other than that, its just open space you are not using when transporting. If you have time, go to Extreme BBQ Trailers (Google search) and check out their trailers, they can customize almost anything. When the time comes to get a new one, I'm leaning toward them building it for me.
