We had a 6x12 Pace trailer built out for us with cabinet in front with overhead cabinet as well. It has vinyl flooring down and white metal walls with E-Track installed to hold 2XL Big Green EGGs. We also have an apartment size refrigerator in there. There is a 30amp box which powers the AC w/ heat strip and all other electrical just fine. We have a ramp door out the back and an entry door on the side. We also added an extra 6" in height and a flood light outside. We tow it with a Nissan Murano and still get 19mpg with it. When we have all the gear unloaded, we can put a queen size air mattress down and my wife and I fit very comfortably in there.
