I have done this also but I usually seal in foodsaver bags and give instructions to re-heat by dropping them (thawed) in boiling water (in the bag of course) for 10 to 15 min. Or, they can put them (thawed) in an oven wrapped in foil for about 30 - 45 min at 350 degrees, Or, they can thaw them and re-heat them on the grill while brushing with extra sauce, but they need to be careful as to grill them indirect as the sugar in the sauce will burn if too hot. (but, this method makes for best taste)

Wrapping and freezing in foil will work, but sometimes the foil will stick to the ribs and will also not prevent freezer-burn.
