So many people get all worked up over perceived wrongs when they receive all their information about our organization via forums and hearsay. Their is no substitute for getting out there and talking to folks face to face.

I'm sure many of the KCBS controversies that have gotten so much airplay online would be revealed as a tempest in a teapot if people would get the real story straight from the source.
